A short poem about babies

karinasnewyear2

Sleep has been scarce since I met her

I’ve been assaulted

By smells, skunks in droves

Would by standing ovation applaud.

Saliva gracing my left shoulder

Gleams in the light like a diamonds and glitter

Milk, white roses on my dress.

Even still, I would die to see her smile.
